At RCNQ, services are priced by time, not gender. That means your appointment can be built around the work your hair needs, without forcing you into a traditional service category.
Your final price is based on your chosen stylist’s hourly rate and the time required for your service.

Services and Estimated Timings
The timings below are estimates. Hair length, density, condition, starting point and desired result can all affect the time required.

Allergy tests
All new colour clients require an allergy test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Without a completed test, we may need to cancel or reschedule the colour service.
Deposits and cancellations
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable when an appointment is cancelled or changed within 72 hours, as we may be unable to refill the reserved time.
Concerns about your service
If you’re unhappy with any part of your service, please contact us within 14 days so we can assess your hair and discuss how we can help put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
