Deposits
We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your appointment, as late cancellations and changes can leave appointment time unable to be filled
Allergy Tests
All new colour clients require an allergy test at least 48 hours before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the colour service and a loss of your deposit.

When making a booking online, please note that if you do not select the specific stylist you require for each service, your appointment will be shared with the team available that day.
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please let us know. If you do not your stylist has the right to cancel, as it may impact other clients during the day.
